MFM has manage to create a strong niche in Klang Valley as it was the pioneer in seafood casual dining concept, and this success will be replicated in the other major cities in Asia. The MFM concept specializes in American/Mediterranean western style seafood. Its product ranges from Fish & Chips to Garlic Butter Mussels and Red Hot Whole Fish. It has created a strong following by having most of its dishes served in a skillet. In MFM, it is not only the taste, service and ambience, but a little extra that captures the customers’ attention like serving in special steel skillets, flaming its prawns in front of customers and special dishes that captures the heart and tongue of most customers like the Garlic Butter Mussels. From time to time, it introduces new fish variety. Some of the fish it had introduced successfully in the past are Cobbler Fillet, Butter Fish, Barramundi etc. Its cooking method is also varied from deep fry to grilled and baked. Customers look forward to MFM’s variety of fish that may be difficult to obtain in the local market. MFM’s strategy is to continue to offer premium fish from the Pacific Ocean to appeal to our customers.
