Uniqlo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese casual wear designer, manufacturer and retailer. The name of the founder is Tadashi Yanai. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fast Retailing Co.Ltd. Uniqlo has been established since March 1949 at Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.
