Established in 1985, City Chain is the first watch retail chain in Hong Kong, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stelux Holdings International Limited. Stelux was founded in 1963 as one of the earliest watch component manufacturers in the Far East and has grown to become an integrated watch group, owning several Swiss watch brands, including Universal Genève, Cyma, Solvil et Titus and Catena. The Group also manufactures Swiss watch movements under the Catena brand. In 2016, City Chain initiated a major revamp across all markets with the launch of new Lifestyle Concept stores. Lifestyle Concept stores are contemporary spaces that showcase City Chain’s diverse products spread across multiple zones, including a special corner for smart watches. The new stores have adopted an open design that features clean lines, earth tones and natural materials, creating a more inviting, spacious and dynamic retail experience. The revamp has injected fresh energy into City Chain’s commitment to partnering with prestigious international brands and seeking out trendsetting products to satisfy market demand and drive industry development.
